Staging - Full Service 

* McKasson Interiors offers full service Staging for realtors and home owners. We provide an intial consultation, after a complete walk-through, to evaluate your home and provide a recommended plan of action for the staging process.

* An appointment is made for the "Staging Day" and arrangements are made with the realtors, mover, and homeowner to begin the transformation!  We will use furnishings you already have, rearrange furniture and "shop" around your home to provide accents to enhance the positive features that potential buyes will look for.  We will also bring in any extra accessories as needed.

* Our service lets you relax from the worry & stress and know that a professional is doing the work!

Staging - DIY/Assisted

* For the homeowners that want to do their own work, we provide assistance in the process of "Staging" their home.

* We provide assistance in steps:
 -The initial walk-through and consultation.  We will provide a plan to show what changes should be made, such as paint, de-cluttering, furniture placement and accessories needed to highlight areas.

- After initial work is completed we can assist with shopping to purchase items to update, add color and enhance your space.  Just think!  All these new items will travel with you to your new home and you will be "pre-decorating" your new space!

- A final walk-through and assistance in "Tweeking" your new manicured "Staged" home!  You will be ready for your first Open House!  (Get ready to pack!  The last one we did...the homeowner had two offers after the first Open House!)

Service to Realtors

We Love Realtors!  You work 24/7, non-stop, to do the best job possible for your clients! 

McKasson Interiors can help!
* We will provide our full-service staging for your clients.  This can be a great plus for you in providing your clients with that "extra" care and assistance in their home selling process.

* We arrange for the "Staging Day" with you, your client and movers, if furniture items need to be brought in. The Staging Day usually takes one full day. 

*We will return and break-down the staging after contract negotiations are final and a closing day is near.

* We can provide photos for you to place into your websites or brochures.

* We Stage both occupied and vacant homes as you need.

* We can also help with preparing for Open Houses, with last minute touch-ups and catering your Open House "treats" for your visitors.

Staging for Seniors

Personal experience with caring for our own family members has made this assistance one of great importance to me.  We have learned so much in assisting our own mothers with life changing moves.  We have made these moves through Independent Living Centers, to Assisted Living Centers, and to Nursing Home life.   In each step of the way we have had constant comments that our mothers' residences actually look like a wonderfully comfortable home!  (They even use them as real life models to show interested families what can be done with such a small space!)

For your seniors facing this change McKasson's Interiors will:
* Consult with family of senior to make plans for choosing the most appropriate pieces in the home to travel with them to their new living spaces.

* Stage the new living space prior to your arrival and complete a walk-through with the family to familiarize the senior with their new residence and make sure they are comfortable.

* Conduct our Full Service Staging on your Senior's present home to assist in making the home ready for the market.

* Assist with preparations for any estate sales as needed.

* Assist family with any other need they may have that will help make this transition as easy as possible.

For All Staging Services:
    Homes come in different sizes, shapes and character, so therefore, all staging projects will be different.  We work to individualize each project for each homeowner or realtor, and will always be sensitive to the staging budget.  Our services can be as flexible as needed.

    We begin with a Staging Consultation of about 1-2 hours, which includes a tour of the home, followed by a detailed listing of needed improvements, such as decluttering, painting, furniture removal, or any other recommendations to be done before the "Staging Day".   Staging Consultation........$150 - $200

    Our Staging Fees will of course be varied.  A detailed proposal will be developed for the size of home, scope of staging to be done and if furniture or accessory rentals are needed to be brought into the staging process.
